EPG Guide Missing Shows DVR

Finally got my HDHomerun prime working with my plex. All the chanels are showing and I can watch them in live tv. I let the EPG download completely with advance options. Problem I am having is that when I go to program guide, shows I know that should air are not present. Good instance would be The Big Bang Theory, the program guide knows the show is on kdsk and tbs but does not show the listing for cbs. Same with other shows I watch.

Is there a way to correct this or another solution to try?

A fix was released earlier this week (Beta 1.12.3.4973)
