I setup my DVR. I scanned and got about 50 channels. I have the big three for example but many shows from those networks are missing. I have NBC but Blindspot is missing. I have Fox but New Girl and Prison Break are missing. Is my guide messed up, can I get a new one somewhere? My Plex Server is version 1.7.2.3878 running on Windows.

I have a similar issue. Running the HD Homerun Prime. I get NBC and NBC HD, but the show “Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge” only shows the SD channel as being available. The show for next Monday is not showing up at all.
Did you use the downloaded EPG or already have one on the server? I remember during the setup it asked if I already had I think an xml or something king of guide on my server.
Your best bet is to delete the dvr and set it up again - it’s a common issue that many seem to have and it’s what has solved my issue repeatedly.
So rebuilding the EPG doesn’t help?
