EPG issues since the new update to Plex server. Channel Matching not matching the guide

Add a second line-up, use a boston zipcode and choose the boston OTA listing, then add WSBK manually, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the channel choices in the setup to find it. It will show up out of order on the guide but it will now work and show EPG info at least.

The Comcast Hartford listing has been missing sub-channels for 2+ years now and i’ve submitted multiple requests to get them to correct it and as usual, its ignored. At least now with multi-epg we can sort of work around it.

Thanks, I’ll give it a shot.
That channel doesn’t exist in my xmltv listings either, so it isn’t just a Plex thing.

Fixed for me with latest public release/HDHR.

Can confirm. After 226 days, this has been finally resolved in 1.25.5.5492.

@sa2000 appreciate the help on this. Let me know if you need any logs afterward, etc.

Please someone for the love of god lock this thread!

@sa2000 and the Plex team, thank you very much for this fix!!!

Thank You. I have set the relevant post as the solution. Will now close the topic

To investigate I would need zip code, lineup name and confirmation that the missing channel is available through your provider

and listing HD channels that do not show as such

Thank you

The issue with the same channel number appearing more than once in the lineup and not being able to select the right one for matching will be fixed in hosted Plex Web 4.75 which will get released soon - available through https://app.plex.tv/desktop
