Episodes messed up on DVD order of show

Plex is not displaying the DVD order of Awkwafina is Nora From Queens properly. It’s displaying both Episode 5 and 6 as “Not Today”, leaving “Vagarina” out completely. The TVDB DVD order DOES have it listed correctly and not like that. I’ve tried the Plex Dance already and that didn’t help.

Looks fine on this end. Which agent are you using?

I’m using TheTVDB.

There are known issues with DVD order using the TVDB v3 api.

Two solutions:

  1. Switch to the “Plex TV Series” agent (we’re already using v4 there).
  2. We’re rolling out the updated TVDB api to the legacy agent over the next few weeks. This will require PMS 1.24.5 which is currently in beta but is also a staged rollout (see here for more: TheTVDB agent - v4 update)

How/where do I find the “Plex TV Series” agent? All I have/see available are “Personal Media Shows”, “TheTVDB” and “The Move Database”.
