Erase empty file on plex

Hello, sorry for my bad english i’m french.

I have a problem : i can’t delete a empty file on my plex library. The file comes from a seedbox. He is on a remote server on plex.
I deleted the file on the seedbox, refreshed the libraries but I still see the thumbnail of the film like all the others except that I can not read it since I deleted it.
The file is non-existent but the thumbnail of the movie is still visible.

I tried on firefox, windows with plex media server. I see the thumbails on the plex application too.

On a nearby server it is easy to delete a file from plex but on a remote server I can not find how.

Have you tried to empty trash?

Thanks for your help. “Empty Trash after every scan” was already activated and I can not do anything manually from the remote server.
