after update to Plex Media Server Version 1914272 on Mycloud EX2 ultra I can acces to my Plexs serveur on My Cloud EXt2 Ultra.
So I uninstall this update can I have the same problème
Before the update it was working ?

Did you reboot your NAS after update? If not, try that and see what happens.

Yes I did restart , same problem. I did reinstall the previews version, and it does not reconnect like before.

Sorry for the delayed response. Been really busy week. If you haven’t figured out by now, log back into your WD EX2 Ultra web dashboard and go to settings/Network. Check to see if IPv6 is set to Auto. If not, switch to Auto, then you’ll get a pop-up asking to enter information. Don’t enter anything. Just click on ‘Apply’. Reboot NAS. Give it a few minutes to load everything back up and then try Plex again. If you don’t want the IPv6 setting on, after its working again, you can go back and turn it back off. Just know that it may happen again in the future. Leaving it enabled will not harm anything. For whatever reason, you may actually see that it works a bit better. Just my experience.
