Error "Can't play content " on android mobile, remote access and only through the app, web browser works fine

I get “Can’t play content” (in spanish) every time i try to play a video on Plex outside my network and on mobile (Mi 9T Pro). I have tried play the same cotent throught the mobile web browser and works fine. I tried play the same video throught the app but playing it on an external player (MX Player) and works fine too. I don’t know what it could be.

Hi ! I got the same problem (and I saw a lot of post with the same issue).

Try to go in Subtitles parameters and set Subtitle as Image.
