After above, paste a screenshot of the terminal window, as well as try and access Plex again

And STRONGLY suggest that you copy/paste the commands above into your terminal window to avoid type errors

Iā€™m not sure why I had to type this twice though:

$(getcfg -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf PlexMediaServer Install_path)/plex.sh start

But maybe that was because PMS was closed in App Centre when I started.

Oh, and I simply closed the terminal window after finishing. Thatā€™s totally cool, right?

I have QNAP TS431, just upgraded to plex v1.1.3 2700. I use a static IP address for my QNAP. Plex was working fine until I upgraded. Now I get an error connection refused. How do I resolve this?

If I revert back to 9.6.16 (yes a very old version) I can connect again. Can anyone help me get the newer version working?

Is there an easy way to get my Remote Access working again. I downloaded the Media server update version 1.1.3.2700 because the app on my Amazon Fire suddenly stopped working Now the remote access is ā€œnot available outside your networkā€. I tried this Windows putty suggestion but have no idea how to use it or where to paste those long commands. Surely there must be a simple solution.
