Hello,
All of a sudden my Windows 11 Plex app is getting the following error:
“Error encountered while retrieving hubs”
I tried clearing the local cache but that didn’t help. Using the local browser and things work as expected and it works with all my Roku devices and my iOS.
Anyone know what is going on?
Server Version#: 1.42.1.10060
Player Version#:Windows App 4.3
Try this:
Settings - ‘Show Advanced’ - Plex for Windows - Debug - “Restore Defaults”
Will this impact my installation as far as having to reconfigure anything? When I first installed it took a bit to get the external connection to work.

This will only impact the specific client. You may have to pin your libraries to the sidebar again, in order to populate the home page like you prefer it.
The server and its settings won’t be affected.
Look at the settings side bar. There are 3 distinct sections.
First you have Account settings.
Then there are settings specific to the currently used client.
Finally there are server settings.
The setting we are talking about here is among the “client” settings.
