"Error Loading Channels" for Live TV

When I select Guide under Live TV and DVR, I get "There was an error loading channels

Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems"

Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) running Plex Version 1.14.0.5470. Log files: Plex Media Server Logs_2018-12-14_13-01-46.zip (2.2 MB)

and

Synology DS218+ DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 2, also running Plex Version 1.14.0.5470, Log Files: Plex Media Server Logs_2018-12-14_13-00-44.zip (3.0 MB)

I have tried refreshing both. The Mac stalls at initializing. The Synology completed the download to 100% but still gives the error.

Of course, this problem also means the DVR has stopped recording as well. Anyone have any ideas how to make this work again? It’s a major functionality I have been counting on since I cut the cord.

I have this same problem. I also can’t remove my DVR to try and re-add it.

Mine as well, I wonder if I need to renew my hdhomerun dvr functionality ($35 per year). I noticed it had run out. I figured I could just use the plex dvr functionality instead.

Just got this issue only on Xbox and Samsung devices.

Same here using an nvidia shield

Having the same issue with my WD PR4100. I have second NAS with no issue. Can’t delete the Homerun and add it back. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Have the same issue. Started last week. Using Nvidia Shield TV with HD Homerun Quattro
Can watch recorded shows, but guide refresh keeps spinning and can’t watch live tv, or record any new shows.

Plex, please fix this asap!
