on my fire cube when go play video it says this an error occurred while attempting to play video check connection
I have checked LG tv in other room all fine plays from my cloud home never use to do this
I have the same issue, please help
Is this the same problem? Firestick, some files canot be played with "an error occured please check your connection"
that is a generic error when something cannot play because the reason cannot be determined. networking is often a culprit so that is what checking connection is mentioned but could be very different causes.
getting the android logs from the app on fire tv after error occurs is helpful
