Remote acces shows error even thought it actually almost works

Hi guys,
I’m experiencing a weird issue with my plex server on my Synology NAS.
Automatic port forwarding using UPnP didn’t work (even though it’s enabled in my router and I tried turning it on and off) so I manually forwarded a port to “my_server’s_local_Ip:32400”.
The port forwarding works, if I type “my_public_IPv4_adress:the_port_I_forwarded” in firefox, i can acces plex without any issue.
But for some reason, in settings–>remote access, plex still shows “Not available outside your local network” with a red cross between the internet and “my_public_IPv4_adress:the_port_I_forwarded” .

Do you guys know the cause of this issue ?

EDIT : I fortgot to precise that I did enter the external port that I forwarded in the appropriate area in settings–>remote access
