ETA for Kabel Deutschland regional lineups?

Channel 114 RTL München HDTV - 28.05.2020 20:15 CEST

The Plex Guide shows a wrong programme for 20:15 on. It shows two airings of “Der Lehrer” while in reality it should be " Let’s Dance - Die schönsten Tänze aller Zeiten" (see RTL Fernsehprogramm von heute - aktuelles TV Programm | RTL.de). I guess the programme was changed, but I don’t know when.

I know it’s too late to get it corrected, just wanted to let you know @sa2000.

At the moment there are some serious issues with the EPG data and its accuracy after ingestion issues at our provider end. Would need to wait for these to get resolved over next few days and then we can look specific data issues

We have completed ingestion of the 29th May data and the cache has cleared. Please do a manual refresh of the Guide or wait for the next automatic scheduled task and check for these errors and let me know if they are still there.

no epg data for Puls24 (i have epg data on my tv)
here its called Plus24?

there is no channel ATV2 (autrian channel)

one other problem is (for long time) that i miss names of episodes from shows. like Terra X

ATV Avrupa is a turkey and not the austrian atv staitions…

Is all the channel mapping from tuner to EPG with this lineup manual ?

Does the cable provider use channel numbers? or are these assigned by the tuner and may vary from one tuner to another ?

So 227 ATV Avrupa is wrong and does not exist as a channel from your cable provider and it needs to be ATV 2 ?

With regards to season and episode numbers - not all shows are sequenced and some sequencing is just date based. I will put a request in for “Terra X” to be sequenced and see what we get back as a response from our provider

90% of the mapping was right
227 ATV Avrupa exists but is wrong… the provider only gives mhz, no channel numbers

my tv is showing me on terra x no short title. the description of what the episode is about is the long text. on plex its always the same just saying “terra x is a dokumentation…”
i think this is a problem on all channels in some casses. i saw some more on different channels.

Looked into this and we have a limitation currently on how the synopsis text is handled - we are currently not picking up text for episodes where that episode text is different for different channels. In such cases a generic TV Show description is used. It is hoped that this will get addressed in the future.
