There was an update on plex and I guess there was some changes on adding users section and now there is an error message when trying to add someone and it’s annoying. I am not sure who does the deployment of new changes but they should test it on a test server first. This is not acceptable at all. Cmon Plex really??
Now I am trying to add some Servers to my friends account and I get a an error message Failed to update server shares. I don’t know why they cannot leave things the way they were. Plex was so simple at one time. Now the more they are changing things and updating their application and it’s seem that it’s get more bugs and more headaches…
After I updated all my Libraries where gone. I had to restore from a back up, then after I re add the shares for 5 people I get Failed to update server shares.
