Just to let you know, the latest beta should have fixed the issue 
@vishal207 and @Tacorifficdid are you still have issues with the latest beta? If so, any chance you could provide some further logs?

@daioio from my understanding, the problem is in the client player isnāt?
Do you guys know when the update will be pushed on the player of the FireStick?
Is there a way I can download the beta on the FireStick?
Right now, it is not really possible to watch Live TV with the Firestick since there is the circle of death every 5minutesā¦

Both the Android and Amazon Fire Stick betas can be downloaded at the below link. The last post at the bottom. You have to have Plex Pass to use them. And you have to side load them.
I installed the one labeled āAmazon AppStore (armv7a)ā on my Fire Stick 4k and it has been playing live tv without errors for about an hour now. It looks like the fix worked.

Thanks for your help. I tried the beta earlier and it fixed the bug on my android mobile device but not on my android tv device (shield). Had to revert back to the version mentioned by tacorrific.
I reinstalled the beta on the shield this morning and same error as before. logs attached.

I have the same issue with Xaiomi Mi Box. Any channel live tv, after a few minutes the video stops and the little orange circle starts making live tv on Plex unwatchable.2020-09-21T04:00:00Z Had a message on screen about weak antenna signal. HDHR app fine. Good antenna signal.

Updated firmware on HDHR, no change but we are noticing problems with antenna and tv tuner, so may not be plex issue.
I am having LIVE TV issues with my nvidia shield client. iPhone, Roku Stick play back just fine but this way more expensive nvidia shield stops with a orange buffer circle and as soon as I touch the remote it tells me I have a weak signalā¦
I too updated firmware to the 0907 version when I first received the error.
Install plex beta on your other devices and see if they work.
My mobile devices no longer have the consumer error but android tv beta still does.
Same issue on plex for windows.

@vishal207I checked your logs but they are a bit too cut off, any chance you could capture again keeping more of data in the past? I need to see some of the events leading up to the error. Thanks in advance

Confirmed. Issue is with the latest version 1.19 Rolling back to plex for windows 1.18 fixed the issue for 2 users.
This weekend I watched TV on my windows 10 PC for hours without interruption. So Iām on the app for windows 1.19 but donāt see the issue thereā¦ Donāt have any issues on iOS either. For us, only our firetv has this problem.
This is also an issue on xbox one.
LG Android mobile - beta does not fix error; reverting to previous Plex Android app 8.5.2.20133 per Tacoriffic (from here) works without playback error.

Some further insight with the beta:
-when tuning the channel. The error still occurs but not so readily.
-when turning the channel, then selecting āplay original quality,ā then reselecting ā1080p 20 Mbps.ā The channel plays for hours! Iāve had it streaming consistently after doing this.
-Sidenote: when tuning a channel (1080i --> 1080p) with the āconvert automaticallyā option set, it does not show as a live stream on the dashboard, plexdash, or tatulli. The stream only displays after changing the quality.
