File doesn't work in Plex Web but does in other players

I have a file that skips and then stalls when I play it in Plex Web (using Chrome) if I don’t convert it (i.e. if I Direct Stream the video). If I transcode it it plays fine. If I play the file in VLC or Plex for Windows it also plays fine. I’m guessing there’s either an issue with the file that VLC and Plex for Windows work around, or there’s a bug in the Plex Web player. No errors appear in the console logs when it skips, though. How can I troubleshoot this?

Yep, that works. What causes this issue? Is there a way to force this for all users? I don’t want someone to play the file and think it’s broken (again).
