I’m in the same boat here, also had something strange happening with a double account I think. Got that resolved but now I am getting stuck at the reclaim server step 3/4. The server does not show up.
I am working with a synology NAS. I am connected via the local IP. What to do?

Oke thx, I managed with that claim tool. But this is still a freaking nightmare. I hate terminal stuff.
How can i tell what NAS im using? All my media is on a seedbox and i watch it on Android devices and xbox.
It looks like you are not using a NAS device at all.
Your Plex server is located on your seedbox. Which means the instructions for claiming a Linux-based server do apply. Server credential reset utility for Linux-based platforms
(Unless the datacenter which offers these seedboxes has customized the Plex installation. In which case you should contact them.)
