Firestick unable to see Media Library

Hi,

Complete newbie to Plex, only heard about it a couple of days ago!

I’ve been looking for a replacement for a WDTV box for viewing films and think Plex on a PC might have worked.

I’ve installed it on my Windows 10 PC and have added a library. I’ve installed the app on my mobile and I can connect to the server and play a film fine.

I then installed the app on a Firestick but the problem is it can’t see the server or any films. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong? It just says that I should add media to the server which I’ve already done.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Can you provide me the logs from the Fire Stick? You can find instructions at Android logs.

Thanks for the reply but I managed to get it working late last night. I just signed out and back in again and there it all was!
