I have users running plex on nearly all streaming device types, and they are all operating fine except the fire tv cube (even a fire tv stick is working fine).
The issue is the posters for my own library content are blank for TV, Movies, Music, etc. Everything else works fine, all features, content, subtitles, etc. are correct and work. It’s only the posters for my library content on fire tv cube.
Recommended fixes I have tried include uninstalling / reinstalling, clearing cache, rolling back the plex app version, rescanning library files and nothing has changed in the slightest. Any thoughts or recommendations?
Something worth checking is if the Plex port is 32400.
For some reason the Plex app for Android devices won’t load artwork if it’s any other port. It’s a longstanding bug:
All other versions of the app and web seem fine if you use a different port.
