Fire TV Stick 4K Max is unable to connect to the Plex Media Server.

“In the same WIFI network, my Plex mobile app can access my Plex Media Server without any issues. However, on my Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Plex cannot connect to the Plex Media Server. I can only see the server name with an exclamation mark next to it.”

The issue has been resolved.
Because Promiscuous Mode is not enabled, the virtual network and the physical network cannot communicate with each other in ESXi.
