Sometimes a movie will show up with what appears to be no poster, but if I edit it and go to the posters tab, then it seems like only the first poster is “broken”, while all the other poster options are fine. In the web client, I can see that it appears to be calling the webserver to do a transcode of a picture for the first poster and gets a 500 error back from the server. The Url will look something like this: (pieces surrounded by {}'s have been removed): https://192-168-{more IP}.{guid/uuid}.plex.direct:{port}/photo/:/transcode?url=%2Flibrary%2Fmetadata%2F822247%2Ffile%3Furl%3Dmetadata%253A%252F%252Fposters%252Fcom%252Eplexapp%252Eagents%252Eimdb_{guid/uuid here}%26X-Plex-Token%3D{token}&width=150&height=225&X-Plex-Token={another token}
Any ideas? Was this poster somehow pulled from the movie and it is just bad? I don’t believe I have plex trying to use any local resources either from the movie, or metadata files.
