Plex Media Server crashes when client needs transcoding

Hi! Whenever any of my clients needs transcoding, the PMS shuts down. (PMS for windows).
I tested with and without srt subtiles…
HT is enabled.
Logs are attached.

Any ideas what is causing the crashes?

Do you have a custom transcode location?
Settings → Transcoder → Transcoder temporary directory

If so, make sure it is still accessible by Plex Media Server.

Edit: If you do have a custom location, make sure the path ends with a \.

Incorrect: C:\Plex Transcode\Transcode\Sessions
Correct: C:\Plex Transcode\Transcode\Sessions\

Sorry guys , same problem again, but this time it’s not the transcode directory.
Here are the logs.

Does someone knows where to look in the logs for errors?

Same issue these last few updates…can’t recall but this last worked four or five versions ago and then broke again.

Very disappointing they cannot get this fixed.
Stuck using S/W decoding and limiting the connections.
