Anyone run into an issue where your server cant get any results from Fix Match? I tried Name, ID ect no matter what It doesnt find any possible matches. My PMS is on a Synology NAS. Everything Looks fine but for whatever reason I dont get any hits for Nikita on theTVDB or 164301. Even if I search on a correctly matched Show, I get no results.
Is there some sort of setting I might have changed or turned off to break this function?
Which agent are you using for your TV library? with the plex TV series agent when i tried to do a fix match with ID 164301 it got no results but when i used nikita I did
sometimes this is cause by DNS issues which makes the server not able to find the metadata site. was there any recent changes to your network? look in your Plex Media Server.log for errors . they are usually related to CURL
I dont see anything. I use theTVDB. I tried the others as well and no results as well. The file doesnt seem to have any data past the 2nd of June. I have attached the file. Last night I did have issues connecting to the server. That was a DNS issue but I resolved it and now everything is accessible on my network and remotely.
EDIT: I do see sections with a loopback address. Could that be it? How can I fix that?
EDIT #2: I was able to fix the problem by Uninstalling the Server, deleting all plex system files and reinstalling.
