I am recording Law & Order, the original one and Plex comes up with it as The Rope. I run the Fix Metadata against it from the menu and then edit the search to Law & Order but it comes up with everything but the correct one. (these are current shows playing OTA) The only Agent in the list is Plex Series. I even blanked the year in Search Options. What gives? Anyway to fix this. I was going to ask if there was a way to always change what is deemed to be The Rope to it, but I can’t even do it interactively so far.
I normally use TheTVDB but for some reason the site is not working for me.
In the search box when you click fix match, clear everything and set the title field to tmdb-549 and that should find the correct show. If you can get the TVDB ID you can also use tvdb-##### as well (either TVDB or TMDB ID should work but both options are available).
