Apologies in advance I suspect I haven’t quite got the gist of using the forums correctly. I am able to fix matches successfully, but when I come back several hours later my matches revert back to the auto-match??? Any clues? (Also if there is a way to just put the questions on the forums without addressing it to a specific individual, I would appreciate knowing that too.)
you go into a category likeGeneral Discussions, Plex Media Sever or Metadata & Adding Files or whichever you think is most appropriate to your question and hit the New Topic button when in that category.
What type of library is it? What agent is the library using?
Thanks so much for the response. I hope I am answering the question correctly. They Library type is TV shows. Under Agents>Shows>Personal Media Shows, both Personal Media Shows and Local Media Assets (TV) are checked. Agents>Shows>TVDB only the following are checked:
- Local Media Assets (TV)
Plex Theme Music
OpenSubtitles.org
Under Agents>Shows>The Movie Database none of the options are checked.
The problem seems to relate to TV series, where a number of episodes successfully match. I then add an additional episode and it matches and auto-merges with the other episodes, but then it unmatches itself an hour or so later???
I am running Win 10 (1607) with Plex version 1.24.0.4930
