Folder listing now only shows large icons

I’m running Plex on my Synology and recently updated Plex server to the latest version.

Now when I view a library of videos as “Folder view” , instead of the nice, compact list of files, with an orange dot to the right side clearly showing which are viewed or not. I get the view where the thumbnails are largish (I can only see about 6 video titles at a time) and they have the orange triangle in the corner to show if they are unviewed.

Also, after I finish watching a video it’s not clear which I was just watching (before it would have some animation in the filing listing showing which is playing and I can easily find the next video).

I’m all for multiple viewing options but WHY REMOVE any options? Maybe someone people liked the compact list view?

Is there any way to get the compact folder list view back or is it completely removed from the lastest version.

If there is already a Feature Request in the Feature Suggestions forum, you can simply add your vote to it. The more votes it has the more notice Plex will pay to it.
