Fresh install - migrtion issues

Hi all,
First post.
I have had Plex on a HP 6200, i5-2400, 8GB RAM and 500GB spinng drive.
Worked fine for a year or so but two niggly issues, show to start and one drive would not work.

I installed a 240GB SSD and fresh install of Windows 10 pro ( Activated ).
Install and migrate Plex, took a couple of goes but got there in the finish, but not working as good as before and has a few issues.

The new install has the same IP address and computer name.

  1. on the server if I go to open the plex server from the toolbar it does not open the webpage it just has the plex logo. and goes to this web location.

  2. If I go to 192.168.12.20/web/index it diverts to

    And the same, just has the plex logo in the middle of the screen.

If I go to http://192.168.12.20:32400/web/index.html# on my laptop it works as expected as does https://app.plex.tv/desktop#

  1. I share my Plex with someone and since the install Plex keeps saying it is unable to be reached externally but it can as I can see it being used externally.

  2. When I start my TV (LG 2014) and start the Plex it takes a lot longer to start than the old one, when it does start it often says that it cant find my plex server but it can find my friends, I have to log on to the plex server and then it will start.

All in all I am not hugley happy with the new install.

I can see nothing wrong with the W10 install and Plex server. There is nothing in the event log.

It is almost like the server service is going to sleep, however it cant be as I can log into is and it has been used most of today by a remote user.

Can anyone shed any light on this, It is driving me bonkers.
