Fresh install of Synology NAS - Plex cannot find installed Plex Media Server

Server Version#: DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 1
Player Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.13.9.5456-ecd600442-arm7

This is a fresh install of DSM and all relevant packages, due to a need to reconfigure two drives to be JBOD instead of RAID1. Able to configure both SickRage and SAB correctly, but having problems across multiple reinstalls (including a complete erase and clean install) of Plex.

After installing Plex and opening the app from the server (http://[serverdns]:32400/web/index.html#), instead of being presented with a wizard, we are presented with a message to ¨Get your Plex Media Server¨ and a spinner on the left with a message about a Plex server not being found.

Have tried several troubleshooting things, including confirming a correct login to Plex, verifying correct firewall settings. When you look at authorized devices in the Plex settings itself, there is no server listed.

Already looked through a few different posts about problems with Plex Media Server but frankly not sure where to start digging in deeper for this case. Logs are found here: Logs.zip (93.6 KB)

Thank you! That helped a lot. Using the IP the first time,to start the setup. Did have add Plex as a user of the 2 folders, but that was an easy fix.
