What appears to be happening, (Please correct me if wrong). Your computer is 192.168.20.4 Your QNAP is 192.168.30.20 This is reaching across subnet boundaries. Correct ? PMS won’t let you do that in order to claim it. You need to be on the same subnet – OR – use a Plex Claim Token – OR – SSH into the QNAP. Is this the situation? Could anyone assit with how to SSH into the QNAP and what would be the next steps? Or how to claim plex media token?
