i have had several friends recently say (within past several days) that they all of sudden can’t access my plex libraries anymore. they could earlier this week, but now they can’t. i have a lifetime plex pass and haven’t touched any library access, or any other plex settings.
i think they said they are getting a “no libraries found” error
has anything changed with plex subscription requirements in the past week?
You may need to update Plex Media Server.
I’m having the same problem. I updated to 1.42.1 and nobody is able to see my library. I’ve restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled Plex Media Server, deleted reg keys, reclaimed my server and nothing has worked so far. I’m able to see my library, but nobody else can. My remote access keeps randomly turning off as well.
