I am unable to access my freinds libray…please help.

Basic questions…

  • Did it work before?
  • Have you verified their server is up and running, they don’t have any remote access issues?
  • What version of PMS do they have installed that’s hosting their libraries? Versions between 1.41.7 and 1.42.0 had a security issue and Plex have locked those from being accessed by anyone except the owner.

  • If it’s none of the above… are you experiencing this on a specific app (which platform, version) or across different clients?

It says I have access…but I cannot veiw or see the libraries.

I’m guessing… “Undead king” is your friend’s account and they shared 2 libraries with you?
What about the questions raised above?

I’ve asked him…waiting for response.

My friend said he’s using 1.41.9.9967

As was said above:

But other friends have access…all except me.
