Poster art downloading but not applying

Player Version#: 4.52.1

Plex server will download Movie MetaData but it will not apply a default Poster and Background.

I have read several issues on this topic and have not been able to get mine working properly. The metadata will download but the poster art stays blank. If I edit the movie and click on Poster the posters HAVE downloaded. I can choose one and apply and it works just fine.

I have checked the library settings and it is set to Plex Scanner. TMDB is also set properly and has no issues (you can see also that the actor images are coming through fine).

I have also used the Clear Bundles and Clear Caches suggestions (deleted everything in \users\xxx\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-In Support\Chaches) and rebooted Plex many times.

I am at a loss and could use some other ideas. I just moved my Movies folder to a new array and so none of the 1000+ movies has a poster selected. I can do it manually to each movie but this would take me many days to accomplish.

This starting working properly today. I just added two to movies and the artwork downloaded AND applied with no issues. I have been checking it daily and today was the first time that the artwork applied without me having to do anything.

I have to assume that this may be related to the issues with TMDB doing maintenance:

All I know is that this is now working.
