Have you tried Fix Match?
If Fix Match does not return the correct information, search using the show ID, 121361, instead of the title, and leave the year blank.
You can also try changing the agent in the Fix Match window to The Movie Database. That sometimes works as well.
Similar situation yesterday with The Addams Family. Files were named & organized correctly, but TheTVDB would not match correctly. Using the Fix Match with the Show ID correctly matched things.
