My PMS is on a Synology server and the multimedia files are MKV.
No issues with opening and viewing the files on the desktop.
When accessing the PMS through the Samsung TV and wired network connection the PMS opens but the files do not play.
Never had an issue before now.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me right after I updated to the new server version.
I have gone into the setup and rechecked everything. Then I shut down the PMS and restarted it.
I also refreshed the app on the Samsung TV. Ran out of time and did not check to see if anything changed until the next day. Now everything is back to normal. Not really sure which one worked but really glad we are back to normal.
