Getting "Your changes could not be saved." when attempting to add movie to a collection

I’m getting a frustrating error as described above. I’ve never had this error before. Running PMS version 0.9.16.4.1911 on Windows Server 2008 R2. Server log and screen shot of error attached. I’ve reinstalled PMS and restarted the server a couple times already.
