Google wifi with nas synology and remote access

Hi

i have an synology ds1019+ and its on that i server i have installed my plex server. i was able to connect to plex outside my home for a while but now its impossible.

my set-up is;
fiber box - google wifi mesh - switch - nas

i have no idea what to do, i have been google around and tried different things but nothing works and im really bad with opening ports etc but i have tried.

i tried to open port 32400 on plex and also on google wifi app and when i update on plex i get the green text and it say its works but then 20s later i get the red text telling me i dont work. Plex server is login to your account but cant connect remote. Double Nat.

I have no clue how to get this working again. Do i need to do something with the synology set-up or something else?

i can only login on the google wifi mesh and try to open ports, the first one “fiber box” is where i get the fiber from and cant login on that one.

I have this exact same setup and the exact same issue. My problem is compounded by the fact that very intermittently and for no logical reason at all the app works remotely and then doesn’t. it also works on my home LAN line network and then doesn’t. Further more it will work on my home Wifi network and then wont. I can even begin to know how to trouble shoot this… Plex has worked with absolutely no problems until the latest patch update, I refuse to believe it can be anything other than the patch. Please MODERATORS tell me this problem has been isolated and a solution is on the way?
