Grey Screen Win10

I am using Windows 10 and I have this problem
After auto-updating to latest version of Plex for Windows, after launch I am getting stuck on a grey screen with no ability to do anything (see attached screen shot) after the Plex logo is displayed.

I’ve attempted to remove and re-install the app, but with no success. I tested on a secondary machine running same version and did not have the same issue. The only difference between the two is “Automatically sign in” was checked in settings (set to yes/true) on the computer presenting the issue - my gut tells me this has something to do with it, as I have seen this “glitch” before, but was always able to resolve by restarting. (The other machine I tested on which doesn’t present the issue requires selecting user account/entering pin)

Try deleting the plex.ini file in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex.

If that does not work, completely remove the application, reboot the PC, and re-install.
