  1. Why can I only see about 12 hours of guide data?
    2.Why is this not set up like an actual TV guide? I would like to see what is playing When and on what channel. It seems to be just a list of what is going to play.

You should have about 2 weeks of EPG data available.
Try this in the web browser. Go to program guide
now change the selection from discover to movies
switch the airing date to reverse the date sequence and you’ll see the oldest EPG you have for any movies in your EPG.

I see movies about 2 weeks out.
