Guide stopped working on apps

Hi

I’m running Plex from a headless Ubuntu with hd homerun duo for the TV. Everything up to today has been running really smoothly.

Tonight, the guide and DVR schedule stopped working on both my 1st generation fire TV and my android phone.

I’ve checked the server and the guide is loading fine on that installation.

The what’s on tab works fine on both but while the Android TV can play TV selected from it, the fire TV can’t. It was all working fine up until tonight.

Have tried restarting/uninstalling etc etc

Any ideas what might be causing this?

…as an update, I’ve just tested this on the new PS4 app and it’s broken there too. So weird!

Same problem here; web version is working but Fire TV apps, etc no guide for either TV/DVR or Plex’s new Live TV. Was working last night.

Very annoying…but at least I’m not the only one!

I’ve the same issue.

I’ve a Plex server 1.20.3.3483-211702a9f running in Ubuntu 18.04.5.

Live TV guide loads fine in Windows 10 Plex client 1.21.0.1410-50a34597.

But guide is not loading in FireTV stick, Nvidia Shield, Andoird phone.

It was working fine till around 3 hours ago. I tried restart/reinstalling plex server and client to no avail

Working again for me this morning. Must be some weird broken connection to the EPG provider? Dunno…should’ve just gone to bed early I suppose!

The issue seems to have resolved itself. I’m seeing Live TV guide on android plex clients again.

Only thing that changed during the hours it was not working was daylight saving time ended where I’m based (Ireland).
