I had two Plax accounts registered to two different email accounts. Bought a life membership for one account while the other one was active. So I have a membership that is not connected to a server (not recognizing), and a working server with no membership. I have signed out of everything, uninstalled everything, reinstalled, but I can’t get the life membership account to setup and recognize a media server. OR transfer membership to the other account. I’m stuck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no need to uninstall anything.
Sign into the account without the plex pass. (you best use your web browser’s ‘incognito’ window to do that)
call up the local web app http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
Then go to Settings - Server - General and sign your server out from its account
close the web browser window and go back into your new plex account with the Plex Pass.
After a while you should get notified about an “unclaimed” server in your local network.
Claim it.
