Hardware trasncoding

Hello,

When using transcoding with hardware acceleration I have picture bugs in the first 5 minutes of my videos. Problem I don’t have when I turn off hardware acceleration. So I guess the concern comes from the combined use of the CPU and GPU.
My question is can we choose to use only GPU for transcoding videos?
