I have uninstalled and re-installed, the guide comes up but cannot play or record. I can watch TV directly but not on PLEX.
I’ve been using Live TV&DVR for over 2 years. I’ve been on Linux for most of the time, but I started on Win and had it working there also. What happens and/or error do you get when you try to play, and what client(s) are you using? It would also help a great deal if you would post debug level server logs from shortly after you try to initiate playing on Live TV&DVR and get a failure.

Which log file should I post? There are a number of them. I’m using windows 10 for PMS. When I select the channel I want to play, I get the spinning circle then get
“Playback Error
An error occurred trying to play “Larry King Exclusive: Is Your Credit In Crisis?”.
Error code: s1001 (Network)”
Thank you! You can export a collection of the server log files by going into Plex Web → Settings → Troubleshooting and then click the “Download Logs” button. If you then upload the zip file that downloads to the browser then that will give all of the server side logs.
