no they have not… still cant log in… cant connect to my server locally or through plex.tv … as usuall a typical plex goatroap
Not based on the reports from all the other threads I’m getting feedback from.
I still can’t get to my Plex server either.
I am able to login to access my server locally but I cannot access my server otherwise.
Login or pin or ???
details please for the operations team?
My server is up and running and I’m logged in, but I am now unable to access the server through my browser despite being logged in, the server is apparently unreachable. I’ve restarted the server and logged out and back in and still cannot access the server.
To be prudent. You’ve force restarted and still have issue?
I ask because when the DB went to lunch, bad stuff was flying around. I’d like to be certain your credentials download correctly
my issue has been resolved, I had to disallow and reallow remote connections to the server before I could detect it, might be a red herring though, could just as well have been something else.
The credentials server cluster is where the problem was. Everything had to be flushed because it was spewing bad status and claiming invalid when it wasn’t.
I am able to log in now, but Plex won’t/cannot find my server. Server settings are not available when I try to access them.

Have you disconnected and reconnected Remote Access / signed the server in & out as well?
I full server restart accomplishes all this as well as I stated above
Think I got it to work. Had to login using [ http://localhost:32400/web ] and then “claim” my server.
Thank you for the assistance! Much appreciated.
I tried the local host thing above. Didn’t work. It doesn’t find my server. Logged out, logged back in. Restarted my iMac. Nothing is working. It doesn’t recognize I am a Plex Pass subscriber.
I even uninstalled Plex from my iMac and reinstalled. Still not working.
Did you
Yep. Just tried all that again and nothing. Is my account messed up online. It really doesn’t seem to know who I am even though I am logged in.
Open your File manager, with PMS stopped.
Drill down into your Mac’s Application Support directory and into Plex Media Server.
There you will see Preferences.xml. For now, rename it to Preferences.xml.old
Start PMS
Now, when you open your browser, it will think this is a first-run setup… Claim it / perform the first run setup but DO NOT create new library sections. Skip that part. When you arrive at the Dashboard, your media will be waiting for you
Here is what I’m seeing no matter what I try.
