Since a few months the main national channels don’t work. This only happens with channels that still broadcast teletext and unfortunately in Italy and Sweden the main ones still do that.
It was working in July/August because I was able to perform recordings of these channels at that time, then an update broke it.

I’m using under linux (kernel 4.14 + patches from hauppauge) and all is working.
Do you have any companion application already running (ie, from hauppauge)?

I finally found out how to solve the problem. Plex tries to use the teletext data as subtitle data, but teletext data over the main Italian channels is not compatible and cannot be used as subtitle data. As a result the stream gets locked and/or corrupted.
The solution to this problem is to stop Plex from automatically loading subtitle tracks. You can achieve this by going to the server options and by using the following settings:
