Oh, you are running windows, then it is something else. But for other people running linux and not getting any channels found, just download
https://github.com/OpenELEC/dvb-firmware/blob/master/firmware/dvb-demod-si2168-02.fw
move it in /lib/firmware and restart your server. It is working now for me.
