I was watching live tv in two rooms with the hdhomerun app, taking up all tuners. When a recording needed to start plex did not get priority to take a tuner for itself. How is that supposed to work exactly. Eternal apps and tuners available.
Plex assumes when you configure a device in Plex DVR that it has exclusive access to the tuner. When Plex issues a request to stream a channel to a specific tuner the tuner will reject the request if it is currently being utilized by some other app. When Plex gets the rejection it aborts the recording.
