So I’m running into a problem with 2 different channels and 3 shows (that’s as far as I have looked) - I’ll pick one to detail.
I just got my HD HomeRun Prime setup Saturday and started some recording - Doctor Who being one of my favorite shows I set it up first.
I’m in the Comcast Western Pa area
Dr Who is showing on 2 channels - 114(sd) and 1125(hd).
So I just set it up to do all and repeats as a test to see how it all worked. It recorded the newest episode in HD and then I go and check some of the episodes from this morning and they were in SD . . . so go ugh that’s not right and I go into the Season Pass (sorry - long time TiVo user) and I change it to HD.
I then noticed my “Recording Schedule - Calendar View” had half of the Doctor Who’s than it did a minute ago . . . so I change it back to all and they appeared again. I clicked on one that just reappeared it said it was going to record on 114 and not 1125 and that it was in SD. I then clicked on one of the episodes that was there prior to the all change and it said it was going to record on 1125 and it was in HD.
So it’s like the guide isn’t recognizing that it is on both channels.
I’m thinking of purchasing 2 more HD HomeRun Primes to replace a Roamio Pro . . . but I need to know that it will find the episodes in HD that are actually going to be shown before I purchase 2 more.
Is there any solution to this as I hit this with Orphan Black(BBCAmerica - 1125) and with FaceOff(SyFy - 829)?
