Some guidance from @OttoKerner below from another thread:

Ending Credits starts prematurely

Settings - Server - ‘Show Advanced’ - Library - “Marker Source” Set this to “Local detection only” Then perform “Analyze” on this single movie and wait for completion Re-evaluate the position of the Credits marker. If there is still no improvement, look at the video picture at this (wrong) time stamp. Is there a lot of or very prominent text on screen?
