NAS: QNAP TS-451+ running QTS 4.5.2.1566
Installed PMS v 1.21.1 from the QNAP app store
When I open PMS, it opens up a browser window, displays a splash screen saying “PLEX” and does nothing. Been this way for 20 mins; no message or anything else.
I am accessing the NAS from a PC @ 192.168.4.30. The NAS IP address is 192.168.4.245.
Have you tried a different browser?
Maybe there’s some plugins/add-ons/content blockers getting in the way. Usually opening the server through its local IP address should bring up the wizard to complete the setup (e.g. naming your server, linking it to your Plex account and creating your first libraries). – http://192.168.4.245:32400/web
