My pc hard drive failed, I rebuilt it and installed plex server, however there is no option to select libraries??
I can not add anything, the settings menu just has account, online media sources, authorised devices, webhooks, home & library access then, plex web → General and player.
There is no library option, I have a lifetime pass i’m totally confused

i get plex, just no option in settings to add library
That’s making me think that the Plex server isn’t actually running. Does the Plex icon show up in the System Tray? If not, you might retry the installation.
